About the role:

Responsibilities:

Manage endtoend recruitment processes for a portfolio of clients within the retail sector
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets
Maintain accurate and uptodate records in our recruitment database

What you'll need:

Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within agency or the retail industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Selfmotivated and able to work autonomously
Resultsdriven with a strong sense of urgency
Proficient in Microsoft Office/G-Suite and experience with recruitment databases
