Your new role awaits:

In this role you will be assisting and supporting the Global Income and NZ Corporate Actions team (Asset Servicing Operations) that sits within Corporate & Institutional Banking with accurate and timely processing of Corporate Actions events and all associated activities.

You will ensure that daily work is dealt with efficiently and accurately for the ongoing administration & management of our service agreements and compliance reporting obligations.

A typical day will include:

Processing workload efficiently, accurately and within the timescales as set out in service level agreements, service standards and performance targets, utilising systems/equipment as required, in order to provide internal and external customers with a highquality service.
Escalate problems or issues that may impact the quality of service provided and ensure corrective action is taken.
Work as a team to ensure quality control is maintained as a collective unit and continuity of coverage between team members for absences
Managing risk, by operating within the team's control framework, following all instructions and meeting all your compliance obligations

We're keen to hear from applicants who have the resilience to work in a pressurised environment with multiple daily deadlines including FX cut offs.

Whilst this is a niche and highly specialised role, taking up to 12 months for proficiency, our team will benefit from your strong attention to detail, natural curiosity, self-discipline to work independently and calm demeanour for intense bursts of processing.

Your ability to analyse data, decipher the critical pieces of information and investigate where needed will be critical.

Similar exposure in an operational processing environment will be advantageous but not essential if you have the right attitude to learn, you're willing to work hard, and you possess a focussed determination to develop a long-term career with an industry leader like NAB.
