We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to support Coles customers with their online orders. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering general enquiries and following up on deliveries. We are seeking highly driven individuals that strive to exceed expectations.

You thrive on ensuring the best outcomes for the customer and are confident in conversing with all different types of people.

Key Details- Part Time hours per week)- Commencing form 17th April 2023- Monday to Friday 6am - 1am | Saturday & Sunday 7am - 10pm (rotating roster over 5 days - full availability required)To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Deliver amazing customer experiences every time in a prompt and professional manner
  • Competently use technology and multitask between different systems while actively listening
  • Entering customer requests / queries online
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance

Skills & Experience- Prior customer service experience preferred but not essential- Ability to guide, support and convey information to a variety of people- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs- A positive 'can do' attitude
