Position Overview:
As the NDIS Marketing Manager, you will play acrucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will beresponsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, buildingstrong partnerships, and ensuring the sustainable expansion of our services particularlywithin the Chinese and African, Middle Eastern communities in the GoulburnValley NDIS market. You are also expected to contribute to sector developmentwithin the region and contribute towards the social assistance industry withinthe region. To this end
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunitieswithin the NDIS sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders, including NDIS planners, support coordinators, and participants.
·Collaborate with the leadershipteam to create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy.
·Conduct market research to stayinformed about industry trends and competitor activities.
·Represent Beyond Choice atindustry events, conferences, and meetings. Prepare and deliver engagingpresentations to potential clients and partners. Provide guidance to themarketing team for the creation of marketing materials and campaigns targetingthe NDIS market.
·Collaborate with internaldepartments to ensure the delivery of quality services to NDIS participants.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
Qualifications:
· Proven track record for at least 10 years inbusiness development either in a domestic or international settings
·High level degree inInternational Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's or PHDpreferred).
·Qualification in Marketing atleast at a Diploma level
·Strong understanding of the NDISframework and policies.
·Exceptional communication, interpersonal,and negotiation skills.
·Proven ability to build andmaintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
·Self-motivated, results-driven,and capable of working independently.
· Ability to travel as needed to meet with clientsand partners.
