    About You
    In this role, you will have the title of'Legal Support Manager.
    'You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience gained in a personal injury law firm,including having conduct of client matters.

    This role is open to candidates who are currently or previously a paralegal, but are perhaps looking to step away from a traditional role.

    Or perhaps you have been a solicitor for the duration of your career and you are looking to make a change to something slightly different.

    This is a newly created role , in which you will provide operational oversight and insight into the legal support team, ensuring timely progression of matters, client satisfaction and productivity.

    You will work closely with the Principals and General Manager to provide data driven recommendations and reporting on productivity.
