    This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a skilled team in both software development and funds management. The company is vibrant and is seeking individuals with exceptional software development skills and a keen interest in financial markets and technology. They are in search of a Developer proficient in SQL Server / TSQL, React, Type Script, C#, .Net Core 6+, Git, and UI development, to collaborate closely with the CTO and Project Manager on managing approved projects.

    While the organization is open to various frameworks, experience with Blazor, MS Dev Ops, and Rider IDE would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be based in the Sydney office, reporting directly to the CTO. This is a permanent position that suits those who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-oriented setting. Flexible working arrangements are available.



    Key Responsibilities:

    General Role:
    • Work closely with CTO on the ongoing product Roadmap.
    • Keep line managers informed of progress and relevant issues.
    • Participate in project work as assigned by Project Manager / CTO.

    Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
    • A strong passion for software development and keen interest in the Financial Services industry.
    • Expertise in SQL Server / TSQL, React, Type Script, C#, .Net Core 6+, Git, and UI development.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.
    • Ability to independently solve complex problems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications: Blazor, MS Dev Ops, and Rider IDE experience.
