    Description

    Main responsibilities:

    • Gather and assess user requirements in partnership with product and business owners.
    • Engage in business, provider, and participant activities to co-design project requirements. This involves making changes to processes, systems, people, and information.
    • Visualize concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
    • Create wireframes and prototypes of both low and high fidelity for mobile and web platforms.
    • Conduct user research, including usability testing.
    • Analyze data requirements in collaboration with business analysts.
    • Obtain agreement and formal approval of requirements from stakeholders and governance groups.
    • Influence project documentation to align with UI/UX requirements definition.
    • Produce project deliverables according to set schedules.

    Essential Criteria:

    • Demonstrated expertise in eliciting UI/UX requirements using various techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, prototyping, observation, or interviews.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX methodologies and experience designing to meet standards.
    • Proven ability to build rapport and sustain stakeholder relationships while effectively communicating with senior stakeholders.
    • Open to innovative approaches to accessibility and passionate about accessible design and development.
