Federal Government Agency to engage an

EL1 UX Designer / Service Designer.
***This position is located in their busy multiple Australian offices for an initial

6 month contract.

About the Position

We want to help make it easier for consumers to report scams, and for action to be taken to protect victims from losses and to disrupt scams.

We are looking for someone with service design experience to lead the UX design process in this important area.

Duties

Leverage a humancentered design process to deliver an easytouse user interface and user experience across web and portals, but with a particular initial focus on scam reports.
Undertake user research.
Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories.
Work with stakeholders to identify requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity mockups.
Work with project manager, BAs and developers to ensure product quality and identify where content and/or UI design resources may be needed.
Develop and implement usability testing.
Familiarity with PowerApps highly desirable.
