    The Role:
    Our client is looking for an individual to lead an onsite team, providing top-tier integrated facilities management services to clients in rapidly growing areas of Adelaide. These modern facilities require an experienced Facilities Management professional proficient in a wide range of services.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Prior experience in Facilities Management (FM) industry with expertise in hard and soft services
    • Skilled in contract management, preferably with experience in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP)
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    • Capable in human resource management and industrial relations
    • Strong commercial acumen, financial understanding, and budget management
    • Proficient in high-level operational management
    • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Interest in innovative customer service practices
    • Goal-oriented and driven by accomplishments
