Duty Manager - City of Salisbury, Australia - Creative Scotland
Description
Collective are recruiting for a Duty Manager & Hires Coordinator to support the day-to-day operating of Collective's site, as well as coordinating contractors, deliveries and events.
They are the primary point of contact for all front-of-house staff during their shifts in the galleries and shop as well as coordinating contractors, deliveries and events.
They support the Facilities & Operations Manager in coordinating site activity and staff administration. They also work with the Trading Manager(s) to deliver private venue hires and events.The role works alongside one other Duty Manager to cover our operations during our seasonal open period. Additional hours are anticipated to be available and some evenings and weekends will be expected.

Permanent Contract (seasonal hours)
Rate of pay:
£14 per hour
Hours:
Wednesday to Saturday, 7.5 hours per day, 9.30am—5.30pm, with a half-hour unpaid break.
Additional evening and weekend work will be necessary on occasion; this work will be paid at the normal hourly rate and will be additional to your contracted hours.
