You will be providing all round administration support to the Director and Managing Partner so they can really step into their roles fully without being bogged down by the day to day administration duties


Both are brilliant at what they do, professional and most importantly, extremely good to work with Not only will you work for probably 2 of the best managers you've ever had, but you will also join a business that is continuing to grow so you will find there is always something to learn and your role will continue to evolve over time.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide support to the Director and Managing Partner
  • Assisting the 5 year business strategy to help keep everything on track
  • Diary Management
  • Board meetings including minutes, agendas, preparing board packs
  • Build strong relationships throughout the business and with other stakeholders
  • Assist with special projects from time to time
  • Documentation using advanced MsOffice particularly strong in PowerPoint presentations
  • Utilise various systems throughout the business (must be IT savvy)
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks and willing to help others in the team when required
  • Proven PA experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong business acumen
  • Professionalism
  • Good sense of humour the ability to have a laugh and a bit of banter is important
  • Adaptable and able to think outside the box
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to build rapport at all levels within a business
  • Exceptional written skills (grammar and spelling)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and across everything with your finger on the pulse
  • Degree qualifications advantageous but not essential
  • Happy to perform some personal tasks for your managers as well (eg book a holiday for their family, organise dry cleaning, etc)
