    Group Marketing Manager at the AltX Group (Assetline Capital/AltX)

    1.About the Group

    The AltX Group is an integrated alternative asset manager specialising in real estate debt investments, wholesale funding and lending solutions. Founded in 2012, the AltX Group originates and manages private capital transactions through two wholly owned subsidiaries, Assetline Capital and AltX.

    2.The Role

    Due to strong recent growth, the Group is recruiting aMarketing Coordinatorto support the Marketing function that underpins the AltX's offerings.

    Reporting to the Manager - Marketing, this role will have primary responsibility for the digital marketing B2B space, helping the company engage more leads, nurture current relationships and curate the right research and analytics to help us grow as a brand.

    You'll collaborate with the Manager – Marketing to:

    ·Drive website traffic and enhance conversion via digital marketing channels, such as SEO, social media, SEM and eDM strategies

    ·Develop and execute new product campaigns across both Assetline Capital and AltX.

    ·Continuously analyse and report on the performance of our digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise and refine strategies.

    ·Create personalised campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer acquisition and retention with AltX.

    ·Provide general marketing support, including event coordination and content creation.

    3.Key Skills and Attributes

    ·Degree qualifications in communications, marketing or equivalent.

    ·1-2 years demonstrated experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a financial environment.

    ·Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.

    ·Experience with Google Analytics and Google ads.

    ·Experience using Framer or equivalent website platforms.

    ·Experience with event coordination (conferences, lunch & learns, webinars or similar) including online event tools (Eventbrite).

    ·Experience using Canva or Adobe InDesign would be beneficial but not necessary.

    ·Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail

    ·Ability to work autonomously and to contribute and work as part of a team

    ·Self-motivated with a desire to continually exceed expectations
