There is now a rare opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the close knit shared services team that supports the day to day running of the club.

The Role

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Marketing and Communications Manager and your focus will be to provide administrative assistance to the club's marketing and communications strategy, supporting the development and delivery of marketing plans, events, and activities across a range of interest groups.

Skills & Experience

Provide administrative, event, and marketing support to the Club's Interest Groups as directed by the Marketing Manager
Coordinate internal and external Club events, working with contractors and suppliers to deliver the Club event calendar
Maintain the Interest Group pages on the Club's website, ensuring event notices and news items are current and informative
Assist in the production of content to be shared with Members, including event announcements and Club newsletters
Assist with the maintenance of Member records and data entry to ensure accurate data management is maintained
