About the Role


As a Mortgage Telemarketer, you will be responsible for all communication with clients after a loan has been conditionally approved and until the closing phase of the mortgage process.

The primary function of the Mortgage Telemarketer is to ensure clients are well informed of any questions or outstanding items needed to move a loan to closing.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Perform inbound and outbound client calls
  • Facilitate client concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Market our company's unique services to clients based on their needs and requirements.
  • Research and stay up to date on market rates and trends to better consult clients.
  • Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
Requirements for the role

  • 1 year of experience in customer support and/or sales role
  • Energetic and personable customer service skills
  • Ability to function with a high level of autonomy
  • Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective listening and verbal/nonverbal communication skills
  • Accountability, adaptability, and motivated mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, and work in a competitive and fastpaced environment
  • Effective problemsolving skills
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients

Salary:
$50, $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission

Regular sanitisation & distance is adhered to.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
