About the role


The Perioperative Clinical Manager is responsible for the daily operational management, staffing and recruitment, profitability, staff education and govern activities carried out by Perioperative Staff ensuring adherence to the policies, business plans, objectives and budgets approved by the Executive Team.

Advanced perioperative skills and clinical judgement, critical thinking and ethical decision-making processes.

Commitment to ensuring quality services are delivered to both internal & external clients through continuous improvement activities.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team

Demonstrated high level communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
