About the role:


This is a role within the Seniors Services Corporate team and is responsible for providing direct support to the Customer and Commercial Executive Managers.

The role has a mix of project and administrative responsibilities with the opportunity to play a key role in helping bring the Seniors Services Strategy to life.


Project & Administrative Coordinator - Sydney CBD - Hybrid work model

Some travel is required within NSW/ACT

As the Project & Administrative Coordinator, your role specifically will:

  • Provide the Customer and Commercial Executive Managers with all relevant information to facilitate appropriate preparation for all meetings and projects, including preparation of papers.
  • Organise logistics for all meetings including bookings, minute taking and follow up on actions.
  • Clearly document project plans and liaise with various stakeholders to track progress and deliver on targets.
  • Professional communication and presentation of all documentation (both written and verbal).

Qualifications, skills, and experience:


  • At least 3 years' experience in personal administrative support and/or project coordination
  • An advanced level of computer literacy and competency in IT software packages
  • Demonstrated experience in minute taking, either computerised or shorthand
  • Great attention to detail and an ability to translate documents into various formats
  • A demonstrated passion for social change and contributing to an organisation of influence for the most disadvantaged
  • Skilled at navigating a complex organisation, forging relationships, and managing through influence rather than direct authority as required
  • Be able to travel between Uniting's NSW & ACT sites.
