About the role:

Reporting to the Fulfilment Systems & Development Manager the systems analyst is a key member of the Fulfilment Systems team and is instrumental in delivering value to the business through the development, support, and control of key Fulfilment systems and processes in the integrated SAP S4 HANA environment.

This role is based in Mayfield, Newcastle. Strong applicants can work from a Sydney or Melbourne office but some travel to Newcastle will be required.

Responsibilities include:

Support the development and implementation of business systems and processes that contribute the goal of repeatably and reliably delivering the perfect order to Customers
Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business value through the effective implementation and execution of integrated processes, aligned with system capabilities
Understand the system landscape, develop and document procedures, and support users in the execution of their BAU activities
Support the development cycle through workshop contribution, testing, end user training, and deployment support.
Ongoing maintenance and support of business systems and processes to continuously improve performance measures.

About your experience:

Degree qualified in relevant discipline (Business, Logistics, Engineering)
Demonstrated record of achieving results in a systems oriented BAU enviroment
Strong business acumen complimented by problem solving and analytical skills
Customer focused (internal and external), and taking ownership of issues through to resolution
Working knowledge of Power BI, MS Visio, 365 Suite, and other systems / platforms
Exposure to SAP S4 HANA SD, EWM, and TM modules and implementations highly regarded
