Description

Smart Vision Optometry have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person to join their team.

This is the ideal opportunity to utilize your face-to-face retail experience, excellent communication and rapport building skills. This role provides the opportunity to work at both our practice sites located in Bondi and Mosman.

About You
You value authenticity in all that you do with a nurturing and supportive nature, along with:

Previous experience in a retail environment
An ability to multitask and prioritize
Maintaining high level practice presentation
Provide superb customer service

Skills and Attributes
To be successful in this role, you possess the following desired skills:

Be able to greet patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
Demonstrate active listening capacity with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Efficiently answer telephone calls and complete appointment booking maintenance
Possess a keen interest in fashion and style
Optical dispensing qualifications will be highly regarded, but not essential
Ability to deliver exceptional patient service over the phone and facetoface
Have an affinity to work with younger patients
Be willing to attend training courses when required
