This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person to join a dedicated successful team as an
Optical Dispenser in a modern and progressive independent optometry practice.

This is an ideal opportunity to utilise your customer service, fashion sense, retail sales and excellent interpersonal skills to provide the top class service and assistance that will delight our practice patients.

Work in a boutique style, fashion orientated store
Help to deliver exceptional customer service
Be able to work full time including late nights and weekends

The successful person will have the following skills and attributes:

Be willing and available to greet patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
Enjoy delivering exceptional patient service that will delight them both over the phone and facetoface
Optical dispensing qualifications will be highly regarded
Be organised to ensure timely delivery of spectacles to our patients.
Will be willing to keep uptodate with product fashions (frames, sunglasses, contact lens and accessories) to assist to meet patient desires
Have the ability to discuss features and benefits of products and close sales of frames, sunglasses and other accessories with patients
Familiarity with either Optomate/Sunix computerised optical practice management software is preferred
