- Lead and manage software and hardware engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, budget and resource allocation and reporting on projects status to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as the liaison between the development team and project customers, communicating project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Utilise technical expertise to capture and manage risks and provide guidance and support to the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.

- Skilled in driving process improvements and managing change effectively.
- Ability to build strong relationships and provide regular project updates and clear and transparent communication.
- Highly proficient in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Experienced in identifying, mitigating and managing project risks and issues.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) is a plus
