SustainDigital has partnered with an exciting and established Australian business who are immersed in the Australian deep tech ecosystem, partnering with influential start-up and scale-ups who are making a difference.

They are looking for a Community Executive to work on a brand new government-funded incubator that is cultivating the Australian health-tech and bio-tech landscape, right from Melbourne CBD.

- $80K-$85K+S

Responsibilities:

Shaping the overall community experience for residents - from on-boarding and induction through to successful graduation from the incubator.

Designing and organising meaningful events and experiences for the community to learn, connect and grow.

Fostering a vibrant, engaged and diverse community across the incubator and programs.

Ensuring activation spaces are properly utilised and monetised:


  • You'll be the data and analytics guru for all our community, measuring the success of all our marketing and event activities.

Requirements:


  • A solid background in developing and managing events and community programs.
  • Marketing & promotional skills, especially social media.
  • Love working with people and supporting a fastmoving team
  • Are a selfstarter, comfortable taking the initiative and a great communicator with a passion for networking
  • Manage your time extremely well and can multitask without letting things fall through the cracks
  • Enjoy a challenge and variety
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Positive, 'can do' attitude

And extra points for:


  • Life sciences or science graduate.
  • Creativity: help us with signage, event ideas, communications to the community etc.
  • Work experience in the academic or life sciences sector
