Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and is a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group servicing approximately 70,000+ customers.

The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family.

They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it "never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got".


Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia's #1 spring water cooler business; it's an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future.

In 2020, a new strategic vision was developed to lead Neverfail into its next chapter; this involves significant capital investment in systems and processes, digitizing and modernizing our customer experience, and becoming more agile in the way we deliver to our customers.


FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW:


The Customer function guides Neverfail to perfect our products and services for the marketplace, customers and consumers, and then promote them by differentiating them from the competition.


The Customer function is essential to attracting new customers and keeping existing customers, as well as building recognition and trust in our brand.

As the marketplace changes, they ensure we respond appropriately by tailoring our communication, value proposition and promotional messages via multiple traditional and omni-channel methods.


The key elements the Customer team is responsible for are framing a competitive strategy, designing a realistic product, place, price and promotional plan and implementing different tactics to execute the plan.

The Customer team is also responsible for the automation and digitization of our customer touchpoints, reducing customer friction and making self-serve seamless.


THE ROLE:


The
Brand Activation Manager role maximises the potential of our brand by developing a brand and media strategy (traditional and omni-channels) and implementing key initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention while ensuring a consistent and relevant message to the different segments.


You will develop brand communications -external and internal-, brand initiatives, ATL / BTL campaigns, content creation for website/ publications, manage budgets, manage external agency relationships, project management and provide market insights.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Brand & Trade Marketing

  • Develop brand strategies and ensure execution across the marketing mix.
  • Become the brand custodian ensuring tone of voice and content is relevant and consistent for each segment.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to develop and execute campaigns and experiences to increase awareness and conversion.
  • Develop, execute and review a plan for ATL and BTL initiatives aligned with the business objectives.

Media & Social

  • Responsible to develop a longterm media strategy and clear content pillars.
  • Managing Neverfail social media platforms in line with marketing and brand objectives

Financial Control

  • Budget management includes POs, quotes, control budget and ROI.
  • Deliver marketing objectives aligned to key financial metrics and strategy.

ABOUT YOU:


  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software,
  • Google Analytics, CRM Software, Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Advertising, Digital marketing platforms.
  • Relevant qualifications in Sales and Marketing with ideally 5 years+ experience
  • Experience in content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, creative and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to connect content and social to commercial outcomes.
  • Experience presenting to a diverse range of audiences.
  • Selfmotivated, confident and thrives in a changing and fast paced environment.
