    Description

    We are looking for a Security Program Manager. As a Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our organization's security programs and initiatives.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain the overall security program strategy and roadmap,
    • Implement and manage security policies, procedures, and standards,
    • Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and best practices,
    • Oversee the identification and assessment of security risks and vulnerabilities,
    • Coordinate and lead security awareness and training programs for employees,
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain security controls,
    • Manage security incidents and response efforts,
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies,
    • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field,
    • Proven experience in managing security programs and initiatives,
    • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and best practices,
    • Excellent understanding of risk assessment and management methodologies,
    • Experience with incident response and security incident handling,
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills,
    • Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred but not required.
