Are you an Owner and a Builder looking to help grow the Australian Amazon business from an early stage? Are you passionate about working with technology and product / engineering teams to enhance the customer experience? This is an opportunity to join an early-stage team in Amazon to launch a new program for Selling Partners in Australia.

Our team is looking for a Program Manager to play an integral role in building, adopting, engaging and scaling this innovative program for Selling Partners in Australia.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage seller and carrier relationships by championing the sellers' needs at Amazon.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures across the Supply Chain
  • Manage and drive results with operations and transportation teams
  • Design and implement SOPs for stakeholders to improve and streamline processes
  • Lead key projects in improving delivery experience including but not limited to speed, alternative delivery options and cost optimization
  • Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executivelevel reporting
  • Build strong communication channels at all levels of the organization, set proper expectations, and provide clear status communications.
  • Publish recommendations and action plans based on data. _____________________ Our team operates out of our fabulous CBD office (conveniently located near many transportation options), and from home (during COVID19) leveraging technology.   • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
