    Due to continued growth RUD Chains Pty Ltd is looking to recruit for an additional position as a Warehouse Workshop Coordinator with immediate start at our site at Bassendean WA 6054. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding career

    The working hours are Mon – Fri - 8am to 5pm (40-hour week).

    We work with clients in the defence, infrastructure, mining, quarry, power station, engineering and other critically important industries. Together, we engineer and manufacture tailored solutions to industry-specific materials handling problems.

    About the Role

    As a part of a small site team as the Warehouse Workshop Coordinator, you will be responsible for warehouse and workshop activities from A to Z. This would include administration, freight booking, forklift operations, ordering, packing for despatch, stock control and sales support. With your mechanical aptitude you will be trained to complete "hands on" tyre protection chain fitment & modifications ready to leave our site. Your position has plenty of variety and if you are an analytical thinker with "hands on" mechanical aptitude you will enjoy working in this team each day

    To be successful in the role:

    • Cert IV Warehouse & Logistics Qualification or similar from a related field
    • Mechanical Aptitude with some industry experience
    • 3+ years of Warehousing, Logistics, Stock Control and Freight movement experience in a similar industry
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and be part of that team
    • Intermediate level of computer skills, and some use of warehouse/manufacturing software (advantageous)
    • Experience in "hands on" use of workshop tools and equipment
    • Dogman or Basic Rigging High Risk licence (advantageous)
    • Ability to interpret engineered drawings for assembly & dispatch purposes
    • MUST HAVE current working rights for Australia.
