    Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant healthcare organization who right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join a great team.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Provide general support to Project Managers in the delivery of the project
    • Scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating jobs
    • Maintain, update and communicate status reporting as required with key stakeholder groups across the organization and project
    • Liaising with clients, internal staff, trades, and suppliers
    • Preparing reports for budgeting, forecasting, and finance
    • Sending RFQ's & Chasing up subcontractors / Suppliers
    • Monitoring budgets and cost control.
    • Updating internal systems and client portals.
    • Keeping constant and up to date file notes

    Skills we are looking for :

    • Having experience of project scheduling
    • Must have experience in IT projects
    • Having strong attention to detail
    • Having experience in Healthcare would be an advantage
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • A willingness to learn with a can-do positive attitude
    • The ability to develop a working project management plan
    • Have good communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skill with the ability to judge priorities and deadlines
    • Initiative and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
    • having strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
    • Professionally presented and has a high level of written and verbal communication
