About the Role
A long-standing Australian business is seeking a dedicated and proactive

Sales Representative to join their team in the Gippsland region.

In order to meet the customers' needs, you will be responsible for recommending, demonstrating, quoting, and selling a variety of high-quality rehabilitation equipment.

Additionally, the role will require travelling to meet clients throughout the Eastern suburbs and surrounding areas.

Duties:

Present, sell, and quote company products and services to clients through facetoface appointments in the field or in the showroom as required
Assist clients with finding the suitable equipment compatible with their needs
Manage the quality and consistency of product and service delivery to meet expectations and target levels
Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective customers to generate inquiry
Identify and actively pursue sales prospects
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships to ensure customer retention
Identify and resolve client concerns and escalate in a timely manner if required
Respect and protect company demonstration products and equipment from damage and wear & tear when transporting, loading and unloading goods
