About the Role
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly

Medical Receptionist who is committed to exceptional customer service, patient care and keen to support the Specialist and other team members.


The successful applicant will possess strong medical knowledge, computer literacy skills, excellent communication and organisational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:


  • Customer service
  • Schedule patients' appointments
  • Manage and prepare patients' files
  • Meet and greet patients
  • Facilitate patient billing and taking payments
  • Collect and sort mails or any medical correspondence
  • Adhoc administrative duties
  • Liaise with other hospital staff/departments
  • At all times maintain confidentiality of patient personal and financial information

Skills and Experience:


  • Must have at least 2 years relevant experience as a Receptionist
  • Experience with medical technology (gastroenterology) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional work ethic with an ability to work as an integral member of a small team and autonomously
  • With Covid vaccination (3 doses)
