    Description

    We are seeking a talented RF Network Engineer. You will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and optimizing wireless network infrastructures.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Designing and deploying wireless networks using RF engineering principles
    • Conducting site surveys to assess network coverage and capacity requirements
    • Performing RF interference analysis and troubleshooting
    • Configuring and optimizing wireless equipment and antennas
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful network deployments

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • Proven experience as an RF Network Engineer or similar role
    • In-depth knowledge of wireless networking technologies, such as Wi-Fi, LTE, and 5G
    • Strong understanding of RF propagation principles and antenna theory
    • Proficiency in using RF planning tools and instrumentation
    • Experience in conducting RF site surveys and performing network optimization
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
    • Relevant certifications, such as CCNA or CWNA, are preferred
