Key responsibilities

  • Provide advice to our diverse range of clients on a broad range of IR and ER issues including Fair Work Act and modern award compliance, performance management and termination of employment
  • Identify IR compliance issues to our clients, and provide guidance on best practice solutions
  • Develop and participate in education tools for our clients including blogs, articles, and other content
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to navigate and understand IR issues and provide outstanding assistance to clients

What you'll need to succeed in the role

  • Qualifications in HR, law, business or similar fields
  • 612 months experience within a HR Advisor role
  • Excellent levels of written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building quality working relationships
  • A team player with tonnes of energy, enthusiasm and a strong desire to grow your role within EI
  • The ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
