Our HR Connect Team is made up of 8 HR Advisors and continues to grow year on year, so now is a fantastic time to join the growing team

Key responsibilities

Manage and support a team of HR Advisors, ensuring ongoing training and development is provided
Act as the escalation point for Advisors in assisting with difficult advisory queries and client requests
Provide advice to our diverse range of clients on a broad range of IR and ER issues including Fair Work Act and modern award compliance, performance management and termination of employment
Identify IR compliance issues to our clients, and provide guidance on best practice solutions
Develop and participate in education tools for our clients including blogs, articles, and other content
Work collaboratively in a team environment to navigate and understand IR issues and provide outstanding assistance to clients

What you'll need to succeed in the role

Qualifications in HR, law, business or similar fields
Minimum 2 years experience within a HR Advisor role, ideally with management responsibilities
Excellent levels of written and verbal communication skills
Experience and passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building quality working relationships
A team player with tonnes of energy, enthusiasm and a strong desire to grow your role within EI
The ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
