Role Overview

Our client is looking for a client Services Officer to support 2x Financial Advisers in the provision of advice and ongoing service to new and existing Financial Planning clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for all areas of customer service, administration and implementation
Be the first point of contact for clients and assisting with customer inquiries
Complete necessary documentations to implement SOA's
Maintain XPLAN database
Assist in preparing portfolios and reports
Help with research for the advisers

Skills and Experience required:

Experience working in financial planning space in a CSO or similar role
Excellent communication skills and polished presentation
Financial Planning software
Xplan experience desirable
