About the Company

  • Join this growing professional services firm who operate globally and offer a culture of diversity and open communication. Reporting into the Head of Operations where you will be part of a peoplebased business where they work with clients who make a difference in the world. As the administration assistant you will be required to work 4 days per week (flexible) where you will be an integral part of the team.

Key skills/ responsibilities:


  • Administer the organisations clients correspondence
  • Processing and registering clients documents
  • Ensuring clients documents are uploaded to the database
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Coordination of reports and presentations
  • Organising and setting up meeting rooms with technology
  • Formatting documents
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Organising events
  • Meeting preparation
  • Liaising with key stakeholders

About you:


  • Previous administration experience
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong MS Office, including SharePoint
