About the Company
- Join this growing professional services firm who operate globally and offer a culture of diversity and open communication. Reporting into the Head of Operations where you will be part of a peoplebased business where they work with clients who make a difference in the world. As the administration assistant you will be required to work 4 days per week (flexible) where you will be an integral part of the team.
Key skills/ responsibilities:
- Administer the organisations clients correspondence
- Processing and registering clients documents
- Ensuring clients documents are uploaded to the database
- Answer incoming calls
- Coordination of reports and presentations
- Organising and setting up meeting rooms with technology
- Formatting documents
- PowerPoint presentations
- Organising events
- Meeting preparation
- Liaising with key stakeholders
About you:
- Previous administration experience
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong MS Office, including SharePoint
