ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders within the store and across the business to co-ordinate facilities management, administration tasks and WHS.

Perform and supervise all tasks related to cash management
Advocate of WHS to support a safe environment for workers, contractors and customers
Ensuring completion and maintenance of documentation, minutes to meetings and training records
Support company initiatives related to sustainability
Coordinate required contractor services within the store
Overseeing facilities contractors to ensure a safe and clean environment for our customers to shop and our people to work
Work with the team to ensure we deliver seamless service to every customer
Ensure our customers are the central consideration of all decisions, processes and procedures
