Position Overview:

As a Senior Business Analyst with Jira and Documentation expertise, you will be a key player in the project teams, collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Your proficiency in Jira will be crucial for project management, while your documentation skills will ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a 12month contract to start asap

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for various projects.
Utilize Jira to manage and track project activities, including user stories, tasks, and sprints.
Lead workshops and meetings to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Create comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and detailed requirements specifications.
Work closely with development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Perform impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Jira and documentation.
In-depth knowledge of Jira for project management and issue tracking.
Strong expertise in creating clear and comprehensive business documentation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.
