The Opportunity


Are you good with your hands, like being outdoors and working in either the construction or mining industry? We are looking for people to join our instrumentation team delivering services to the mining industry in Western Australia.


You will be provided with all training required, experience installing geotechnical instruments or electrical background would be beneficial but not essential.

You will work with qualified personnel onsite with potential for the right individual to lead installation work and liaising with mining clients to deliver packages of works.


Key responsibilities include, maintenance of equipment, installation of geotechnical instruments such as vibrating wire piezometers, inclinometers, extensometers and new and emerging technologies.

Unrestricted driver's license is essential and willingness to learn and develop skills and career supporting the installation of instruments.


What you will do

  • Technical delivery of instrumentation projects from fabrication through to installation on site
  • Fabricate and bench test data logging and telemetry systems
  • Site installation of instrumentation and commissioning of data logging and telemetry systems
  • Mixing grout and operating pumps
  • Communicate with site contacts and build client relationships
  • Daily reporting of work completed
  • Identify safety hazards and report OH&S incidents
