- Carry out corrective service and preventative maintenance on a range of equipment in a professional and customer-oriented manner
- Install dormakaba equipment in commercial buildings
- Service equipment to the customers' ongoing satisfaction and set minimum performance standards
- Project a customer service image through competent service procedures, professional personal presentation, and good communication with all customers
- Maintain accurate service data through diligent and timely use of service documentation and technical data
- Current Australian Driver's License
- Mechanical Knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic electrical knowledge and experience
- Background in trades
- All tools of trade supplied including an iPad and mobile telephone
- Company uniform and fully maintained company branded vehicle
