- Facilitate operational capacity on internal IT systems.
- Monitor and Audit hardware and software solutions, including identifying and actioning resolutions.
- Provide technical assistance on ALPA solutions to staff and end users
- Have the ability to contribute to documentation on products and services
- Be a champion of the ALPA values and demonstrate a commitment to work health and safety.
- Ability to Salary Package up to $15,900PA with additional Meal and Entertainment options
- 5 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading
