We supply and repair a wide range of products such as swimming pool pumps, swimming pool filters, chlorinators, and automatic pool cleaners

    Position : Full – Time permanent (40 hours)

    Salary offered : $ 55,000 - $75,000 PA.

    Customer Service Managers are responsible for the smooth running of customer service operations of a business, including contact centres or front desks. They coordinate the activities and performance of the team they manage and provide a point of escalation for more difficult customer enquiries.

    Duties and Responsibilities :

    · Creating and evaluating programs, policies, and procedures pertaining to the services offered as well as customer relations.

    · Ensuring operational effectiveness and job performed by various technicians.

    · Directing and evaluating team members as well as helping with hiring for the company.

    · Overseeing, inspiring, and developing technicians who involves with customers or clients.

    · Organizing and carrying out after-sale services within the services to monitor client contentment, guarantee the functionality of the products acquired, and adjust and enhance services rendered.

    · Communicating with customers, technical representatives, and other organizational units to determine and meet customer expectations.

    · Handling any conflicts or complaints from the customers or clients.

    To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate the following:

    · Must have excellent communication skill.

    · Experience working in a similar role.

    · Previous management experience.

    · Commitment to providing excellent customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.

    · Ability to provide effective team training and development, problem solving skill and tracking team performance.
