Seeking an energetic go-getter with a great attitude

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED Full training on offer

You do not need any experience Just a Certificate of Registration, drivers licence & reliable car.

The Role:

Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
Administration support to property management teams
Conduct ingoings, outgoings, routines
Liaising with tenants
Training to become a property manager
Real Estate experience is preferred however not essential
A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Must be immaculately presented
Must be energetic & have a cando attitude
