    Our client is the Family Office of a diverse portfolio of businesses and is the hub of support for all entities when it comes to administration and people services.

    Setting the tone for culture, they are seeking to appoint an intelligent yet humble, purpose driven and accountable individual into the team to support the CEO and exec team whilst positioning self as the operational go-too.

    An ambitious, respectful and silent achiever will do well in this role, someone who is keen to grow and develop with the organisation. The support and understanding provided is unparrelled.

    Description

  • Lead from the front in promoting and instilling organisational culture.
  • Facilitate implementation of the organisational way and business execution rhythms.
  • General administrative & secretarial support, including correspondence & communication.
  • Travel booking
  • Calendar management for executive team, primarily CEO
  • Meeting facilitation minutes & actions
  • Facilitation & follow-up of business rhythm for portfolio businesses
  • Task/VIG management
  • Research & reporting
  • Project management for small-scale projects
  • Document execution & filing
  • M&A task support
  • Profile

    An honest, hard-working and respectful individual will excel in this business. An all-rounder who has the confidence in supporting senior stakeholders whilst present as the operational go-too for staff will undoubtedly hit the ground running.

    In order to be successful in this application, you will have the following:
  • 5 Years experience in administrative support at Senior Management level
  • High level of organisation & time management
  • High level written & verbal communication skills
  • High level of commercial and people accumen
  • Intermediate to advanced with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel
  • Experience in basic IT, with good research skills for troubleshooting/learning
  • Experience in HR, including basic understanding of legals/contracts.
