- Performing rectification, servicing, ground handling and general maintenance activities required to support the aircraft;
- Performing aircraft maintenance and rectification as per manufacturers/ company specification to a very high standard which meets company and regulatory requirements;
- Ensuring all work areas are maintained to OHS & Company standards, including being cleaned after each use;
- Maintaining a high level of communication with fellow staff members and contribute to the team environment in a positive manner;
- Completing all documentation and reporting to required standard; and
- Ensuring that safe working practices and procedures are implemented and adhered to in accordance with Company and Aviation policies.
- AME Trade Certificate;
- Certificate 4 or Diploma of Aeroskills (Mechanical);
- Have at least 2 years' experience as a B1 AME
- Experience on A320 or F100 aircraft preferred
- Be highly motivated with demonstrated initiative and good organisation skills;
- Possess good oral and written communication skills; and
- Be a team player.

**Applicants with full working rights within Australia who hold a minimum 2 years as an AME, at the date of application and are successful through the recruitment process are eligible for a $10,000 experience bonus (with conditions). 50% of the experience bonus will be paid upon start date, with the remaining 50% to be paid on completion of 6 months service within Network Aviation.**
