The Role:

Our client is an Award winning Canberra based Construction company, specialising in both Residential and Commercial Construction. Their commitment to high quality and attention to detail keeps them at the forefront of the Industry.

They are seeking an experienced Construction Office Manager to join their dedicated Canberra based team.


Skills and Experience Requirements:


  • Related Tertiary qualifications an advantage
  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • High Microsoft Office skills
  • Quick learner
  • Flexible with job tasks
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast, accurate and efficient data entry
  • Selfmotivated and resourceful
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • MYOB experience desirable
  • Experience in the construction industry desirable
  • Enthusiastic and professional personality
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a high degree of flexibility and initiative
  • Experienced and proactive individual with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both in a team and individually

You will be assisting with all aspects of:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Staff Payroll
  • Reconciliations
  • Financial Reporting
  • HR support
  • Training and Marketing
  • Insurances
  • Property Management
  • OHS/WHS Administrative tasks
  • Office organisation and compliance
  • Other Basic Finance Functions when required
