- Leading project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects within budget and scope.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to identify business growth opportunities.
- Active participation in business development strategies to expand our presence in the regional area.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to project team members to maintain high performance and motivation.
- Monitoring and setting up a performance improvement culture and actions on complex projects and into their supply chains.
- Facilitating the setup of information management systems / applications as applicable to suit various life phases of projects.
- Participating in assurance activities and peer reviews.
- Monitoring project performance and profitability and making data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
- Representing the company in regional business events and industry networking opportunities to promote our services and capabilities.
- BEng or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of direct Project Management experience managing EPC or EPCm projects relating to Energy sector.
- Demonstrated supervisory and administration skills necessary to organise and lead a project team, develop design / implementation schedules and provide on-going status reports to the senior management team and clients.
- Self-motivated and able to clearly communicate with Client and contractors at all levels.
