Join our friendly Inbound customer service team working on behalf of Public Transport Victoria.


In this role, you will be handling incoming calls from our client, PTV, customers with inquiries ranging from updating personal information, Myki and journey planning enquiries, and V-line Bookings.

Over time you can upskill and move onto more complex call types and back-of-house tasks. This role will see you speaking to a broad range of customers - anyone using public transport in Victoria

Key Details- Customer Service Agent- Melbourne CBD-
Start Date: 10th April 2023- Multiple Full time and Casual Positions- Rotating rosters between 6am to midnight Monday to Sunday

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Develop strong rapport with clients via phone communication while maintaining adherence to specified time constraints.
  • Strictly adhere to comprehensive compliance regulations.
  • Consistently provide exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Complete a National Police Clearance and Bankruptcy Check.
  • Possess unrestricted work rights to work within Australia.
