About You

  • Degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Paramedicine or a related discipline (biomedical engineering possible or electrical engineer)
  • Previous operating theatre experience is highly regarded
  • Ability to absorb, comprehend and present technical information on assigned products
  • Outstanding communication, organisational & time management skills
  • Strong comfort and familiarity with technically comparable systems (Radiology, CT/PET Scan capital equipment etc).
  • You will ideally come from one of the following career backgrounds: Physiotherapist, Scrub/Scout Nurse, Radiology or similar technical fields, other competitor clinical or sales reps looking to move into advanced robotics.

About the Responsibilities:


This is a role that will give you the opportunity to get up close and personal with the latest in medical technology — ROSA, our surgical robot.

In this challenging role, you will be supporting surgeons in theatre as they perform delicate robotic-assisted surgical procedures.


As a ROSA Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical support, whilst helping to drive utilisation of Zimmer Biomet's range of products alongside our integrated digital platforms including mymobility and OrthoIntel.


Your day to day responsibilities include:

  • Providing intheatre support, assisting surgeons perform lifechanging orthopaedic surgeries
  • Managing the surgical equipment requirements for each case, and driving utilisation of ROSA, mymobility and OrthoIntel
  • Keeping up to date with new surgical techniques, and delivering training on new iterations of Zimmer Biomet technologies
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders both internal and external, whilst actively seeking out new business opportunities to refer on to the sales team
