Field Service Technician - Newcastle and Hunter
Role available due to further business growth

About the Company

Our client is an international company that supports events, industries, and businesses with portable power solutions. They have a team of experienced and certified mechanics who are responsible for the maintenance and repair of their generators. You will work on a rotating roster servicing customers both local and abroad. We are looking for a new Generator Mechanic to join their team based in Eastern Creek.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on generators
Diagnose and repair generator problems
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical systems
Maintain generator records
Provide customer service

Qualifications

Trade qualification in Cert III Mechanic / Heavy Commercial Mechanic
Experience in generator maintenance and repair - Not essential
Excellent mechanical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license
Forklift licence - Not essential
