- Assist in defining the strategic vision and roadmap for workforce identity and access management (IAM) initiatives, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute IAM projects and strategic vision, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
- Provide oversight and governance for IAM solutions, monitoring performance, compliance, and risk factors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IAM requirements, advocating for resources and support as needed.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the IAM team, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as a key point of contact for IAM-related matters, representing the IAM function in meetings and discussions with senior leadership.
- Proven experience in leadership roles, with a focus on identity and access management or related disciplines.
- Ability to analyse complex issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions to drive IAM strategy forward.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to IAM and identity governance.
