    Tradelink is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to take on the unique challenges of Perth's thriving commercial plumbing sector.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute commercial sales cycles and strategies tailored to Perth's plumbing sector.
    • Manage sales administration in the dynamic commercial construction environment, including quoting, pricing, tailored sales reports, CRM systems, and account queries.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Western Australia's commercial plumbing sector.
    • Be a hard-working, approachable team player ready for the unique challenges of commercial plumbing projects.
    • Show genuine care for delivering impactful results in Western Australia's commercial plumbing sector.

    Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of sales cycles and strategies, with demonstrated success in securing and managing key accounts in commercial plumbing sector.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for commercial sales growth in alignment with overall company objectives.
    • In-depth understanding of trends, challenges, and opportunities within Perth's commercial construction market.
    • Strong negotiation skills tailored for the unique dynamics of commercial plumbing contracts and agreements.
    • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, understanding the specific needs and expectations of commercial plumbing clients.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Western Australia's commercial plumbing sector.
    • Experience managing budgets and financial aspects of commercial sales operations.
    • Adaptability to changing market conditions and trends in the dynamic commercial plumbing industry.
