About the Role

This role is being offered on a full time, fixed term 12-month contract and will be based at Adelaide CBD. Performance in the role will be the driving factor behind any ongoing employment opportunities within the business.

You'll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week.

An attractive salary package (alongwith Superannuation and salary packaging benefit) will be negotiable depending on the previous experience.

These aptitudes are a prerequisite for success in this role and will set you up to make the most of this exciting opportunity to work across corporate services domains and to learn from experienced individuals in a supportive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where no two days are the same.

For example, working with the Business Improvement team, you will use your problem-solving skills and interest in human-centred design principles (i.e.

understanding how end-users interact with systems) to:

  • Triage system enhancement Helpdesk requests and gather business requirements.
  • Document basic system specifications and test plans
  • Manage the deployment of enhancements into the production environment including communicating with end users, updating user documentation, and conducting user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain controlled documents, ensuring policy and procedure content reflects current Guideline requirements and system functionality, and satisfies enduser needs.
Or when working with the Quality & Audit team, you will use your finely tuned writing skills, and high-level organisation and stakeholder engagement abilities to:

  • Conduct audits and prepare reports detailing findings, compliance issues and risks.
  • Discuss audit findings with key stakeholders and determine opportunities for improvement.
  • Attend to Quality & Audit related items as raised via the organisation's communication channels.
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and coordination of the Document Management System.

To be successful in this role you will be required to have:

  • A formal qualification in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline and possess strong results which demonstrate the ability to deliver the requirements of the role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and research skills.
  • The ability to deliver work of a high quality and possess, and to learn and digest information quickly and accurately.
  • Strong requirement for problem solving nous, initiative, time management and selforganisation skills to navigate the daily challenges of a busy organisation. We're looking for a levelheaded, logical thinker who has an ability to learn quickly, follow directions and deliver results.
